While Fast Growth Consulting was founded by Alysha Randall, an experienced Fractional CFO with over 15 years of expertise in helping start-ups and scale-ups, we are more than just one person. Behind the scenes is a skilled team of finance professionals dedicated to delivering results for your business.
Alysha Randall
Founder & Fractional CFO (CPA)
With a track record that includes two successful business exits, Alysha brings firsthand expertise in scaling companies and building high-performing finance functions. Since founding Fast Growth Consulting in 2019, she has worked across many different industries, and has a good understanding of solutions that work.
Christi Warren
Fractional CFO (ICA)
Before starting with FGC in 2023, Christi was the CFO at South African National Accreditation System for over 12 years. Her understanding of business management and growth modelling means she is an invaluable asset to any business.
Keth McLelland
Fractional FD (ICA)
After qualifying at PwC, Keth has worked with food and drink companies, such as Seedlip, Nc’nean Distillery and Oddbox. Keth joined FGC in 2025 and with her experience and skills has brought additional knowledge into the FGC team.
Sadaf Zarif
Finance consultant (FCCA)
After working as a tax advisor for various accounting firms, Sadaf joined FGC in 2023. She is a registered tax advisor and has a very good understanding of what good finance processes, due diligence, audit and a strong healthy baseline looks like. Sadaf ensures that the financial operations are where they should be.
Our team collaborates closely with you to ensure tailored, hands-on support every step of the way.
