Alysha Randall, Founder & Fractional CFO (CPA): With a track record that includes two successful business exits (Lovefilm & Funding Circle), Alysha brings firsthand expertise in scaling companies and building high-performing finance functions. Since founding Fast Growth Consulting in 2019, she has worked across many different industries and a good understanding of solutions that work.

Christi Warren, Fractional CFO (ICA): Before starting with FGC in 2023, Christi was the CFO at South African National Accreditation System for over 12 years. Her understanding of business management and growth modelling means she is an invaluable asset to any business.

Keth McLelland, Fractional FD (ICA): After qualifying at PwC, Keth has worked with renowned FMCG and ecommerce businesses including Seedlip, Nc'nean Distillery, and Oddbox. Joining FGC in 2025, Keth has enriched the team with her expertise in scaling businesses, strategic finance, and driving growth in fast-paced industries.

Sadaf Zarif, Fractional FD (FCCA): Over 15 years of experience in corporate and practice settings, Sadaf joined FGC in 2022. She focuses on aligning financial operations with business objectives, specialising in management account reporting, cash flow management, profitability analysis, due diligence, and tax compliance. By emphasising process efficiency Sadaf empowers organisations to achieve long-term success.
